Free worldwide shipping

Every order ships free, anywhere in the world — the cost is already built into our product prices, so there's never a separate shipping charge at checkout.

Delivery times

Orders are sourced individually from our suppliers once placed, rather than shipped from stock we hold ourselves. Because of this, delivery typically takes longer than a standard domestic order — usually around 2–5 weeks depending on the product and your location.

Tracking

We'll email you as soon as your order ships, including a tracking number whenever one is available from the supplier.

Customs and import duties

Since orders ship internationally, your country may charge customs fees or import duties on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and aren't something we control or include in our prices — if you're unsure whether this applies to you, it's worth checking with your local customs office before ordering.
